SERVICES CAROUSEL HERE
What Therapy With Me Looks Like
Most therapy puts the therapist in the expert seat. That's not how I work. Therapy with me is collaborative, curious, and often genuinely fun, because you're the expert on your own life and I'm here to team up with you, not diagnose from a distance.
As a systems thinker, I'm curious about everything: what you're feeling, what's happening in your relationships, your family, your history, and the world around you. All of it shapes the present-moment struggles, and is helpful on the therapeutic journey.
Whatever you bring in, you'll be met with kindness. Clients share the confusing, the shameful, and the scary parts of themselves they've never talked about out loud. Very little surprises me because I know that almost all of these parts are looking for the same thing: to be understood and treated with dignity.

Wondering If Therapy Is Right for You Right Now?
Most people who find their way here are curious about themselves and ready to look a little deeper at what's going on. Some are navigating something acute. Others just have a sense that there's more available to them than what they're currently experiencing, a relationship issue, a part of themselves they haven't talked about out loud yet, or just a persistent feeling that something needs to change.
You don't need to be in crisis, and you don't need to have it figured out before reaching out. If you're on the fence, that's usually a sign it's worth a conversation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we accept a range of insurance plans through Connection Therapy Center. The best way to confirm your specific coverage is to reach out to their scheduling team when you book. They'll be able to tell you exactly what's covered.
Sessions are $60, whether you're coming in as an individual or as a couple or relationship group. That rate reflects the intern pricing at Connection Therapy Center, where all sessions are conducted under clinical supervision.
Honestly it depends on what you're bringing in and what you're hoping for. Some people come in with a specific issue and feel resolved in eight to twelve sessions. Others find that one thread leads to another and the work becomes something more ongoing. There's no right answer and no pressure either way. We figure it out together as we go.
Yes. I see clients both in person at Connection Therapy Center in Fremont, Seattle, and online via telehealth. Whichever format works best for you is fine with me.
As a clinical MFT intern I'm completing my graduate training in Couples and Family Therapy at Antioch University Seattle. I'm fully supervised, meaning my clinical work is regularly reviewed by a licensed therapist. Intern therapy is not a lesser version of therapy. Many people actually prefer working with someone who is actively in training, bringing fresh frameworks and close supervision to every case. The main practical difference is the rate, which is significantly lower than a licensed therapist's fees.
My core frameworks are Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I also draw on Gottman research, attachment theory, narrative therapy, and the work of Byron Katie. In practice that means sessions can involve body-based techniques, parts work, creative exercises like drawing or movement, and a lot of genuine curiosity about what's actually going on beneath the surface.
Relationship struggles of all kinds, non-monogamy and CNM, queer and trans identity, sex and intimacy, kink, neurodivergence, OCD, spirituality, anxiety, life transitions, family dynamics, and attachment patterns. If you're not sure whether your situation fits, reach out and we'll figure it out together.
You can book directly through Connection Therapy Center. If you'd like to get a feel for things first, I also offer a free 15-minute consultation before your first session. Either way, their scheduling team will help you get set up.
Yes. If you'd like to meet briefly before committing to a full session, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. It's a chance to ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and figure out whether we're a good fit. No pressure either way.
I make sure to check in with clients regularly along the course of therapy. If something isn't clicking I'd rather we talk about it directly than have you quietly holding it in. Therapy is a relationship, and like any relationship it works best when both people can be honest about what's happening. If after an honest conversation we determine that a different therapist or modality would serve you better, I'll help you find a referral.
