About Noé
I'm Noé, a clinical MFT intern in Seattle specializing in relationships, queer identities, and CNM. A somatic therapist couple showed me years ago that relationships could be primarily fueled by collaboration, creativity, and play, and that the scary parts of ourselves aren't problems to fix or get rid of, they're just waiting to be explored and understood.
When they finally are, they release us from patterns we thought we'd carry forever. I became a therapist because I've watched this work transform many lives, starting with my own.

You Might Be Here Because...

You keep finding yourself in the same relationship patterns no matter how much you've tried to change them

You're opening up a relationship and the feelings are bigger and more complicated than you expected.

You're starting to notice parts of yourself — your gender, your sexuality, your relationship style, or something else entirely — that you haven't fully said out loud or acknowledged, even to yourself.

Your nervous system treats ordinary moments like emergencies, and you're exhausted from managing it.

You've done enough self-reflection to see your patterns clearly, but you can't seem to stop them on your own.

You've been in talk therapy before but left feeling like you only scratched the surface, and something deeper is still calling for attention.

You have a sense that there's more available to you than what you're currently experiencing — in your relationships, in yourself, or both.

Philosophy Statement
There's nothing wrong with you. The patterns you're stuck in make complete sense given what you've been through. And it can get better.
